Actress Jennifer Robyn Bernard, known for her role as Terry Brock on General Hospital, has passed away. She was found earlier this week in San Jacinto, California. Authorities identified her using fingerprints after responding to a call regarding an unattended death on Tuesday.
Bernard was a part of the General Hospital cast during the 1980s, appearing in 145 episodes between 1984 and 1990. She portrayed Terry Brock, leaving a lasting impression on fans of the long-running soap opera.
An autopsy was scheduled for Wednesday by the Riverside County Coroner, but the official cause of death has not yet been released. Bernard’s death has shocked fans and cast members alike, many of whom remember her contributions fondly.
In addition to her time on General Hospital, Bernard also played a psychologist in the 2002 production Voices from the High School. Though she kept a relatively low public profile after her soap opera career, her earlier work continues to resonate with long-time viewers.
