A 32-year-old woman was attacked by a polar bear on Friday after she entered their enclosure at the Berlin Zoo during feeding time.<\/p>\n
Before she was saved, she had been bitten a lot.<\/p>\n
To gain access, the woman known only as Mandy K had to scale a fence, navigate through a row of hedges, and climb over a wall. the woman jumped over the barriers while the bear was being fed at the Berlin Zoo, resulting in injuries to her arms, legs, and back.<\/p>\n
Even with the attempts of six zookeepers to redirect the four predators, one bear continued to bite the victim on the arms and legs.<\/p>\n
The zookeepers successfully frightened the bear away and rescued the woman.<\/p>\n
The 32-year-old woman is currently recuperating in the hospital after undergoing surgery to mend her injuries.<\/p>\n
